Purpose of data processing

This processing is for registration to a virtual meeting organised by Statistics Finland. It allows to identify the registered participants and to send their invitations. There is no automated processing.

Article 6 (1 e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Data processed

Categories of the data processed
• First name and last name
• Organisation and country
• Email address (email)

Data source

The data come from the registration by the person wishing to register to the webinar.

Recipients of the data

Statistics Finland and the Voorburg Group are the only recipients of the data.

Data retention period

Statistics Finland will archive the data for 10 years in files.
